CPU hours are a daily usage allowance for your site, not a dedicated CPU core. Unlimited users are included, subject to fair-use resource limits. If you need more, you can move to a higher plan at any time.
Yes. When you subscribe, your card is saved and charged automatically each month or year until you cancel. We email you before each renewal, and you can change your card or cancel at any time from your console.
We try your card again up to three times over five days and email you each time. If the invoice is still unpaid after seven days, your site is paused. Nothing is deleted, and it comes back as soon as the payment goes through.
By card, through our payment provider. Customers who cannot pay by card can pay by bank transfer or JazzCash, and our team records the payment for you.
